Our Service of Process Team understands the importance of getting your documents delivered quickly.

Every assignment that comes into our offices is considered a Priority Matter. We don't have multiple levels of service. Our service levels are Standard, and RUSH.

Standard matters are usually completed within 2-3 business days, and RUSH means it's on fire and has to be done that day.

RUSH matters are often times attempted multiple times that same day and night as our Servers are expected to return to the office in the morning empty handed.

We charge simple flat rate fees for both Standard and RUSH.

Our flat rate fee includes detailed preparation of the Proof of Service for each named defendant.

If the matter was filed near one of our field offices, we will file the proof of service with the court and mail you the original conformed copy at no extra charge.
